About Spine Align
Spine Align is a proudly family-owned South African business based in Cape Town, dedicated to helping people enjoy healthier, more comfortable lives through better spinal support and quality sleep.
Our story began in 1998, when Dr Susan McCallum, a practising chiropractor, developed a lumbar support to help her patients manage back pain and improve posture. As word spread about the product’s effectiveness, demand grew beyond her practice, with chiropractors across South Africa recommending and supplying the lumbar support to their own patients.
Together with her husband, Steve Moubray, now Managing Director, Spine Align has grown from a single product into one of South Africa’s leading suppliers of ergonomic and orthopaedic support products. Many of the products are proudly manufactured in South Africa, while others are imported from reliable international companies.
Today our range includes more than 40 carefully selected products, including memory foam pillows, lumbar supports, seat cushions, mattress toppers, orthopaedic mattresses, bed wedges and other ergonomic solutions designed to improve posture, spinal alignment, comfort and sleep quality.
Every product is selected with one purpose: to help people live with less pain, sleep better and enjoy a healthier, more active lifestyle. Many of our products are recommended by chiropractors and other healthcare professionals, reflecting the clinical principles on which Spine Align was founded.
